Hi, I’m Lori Zanini, a Registered Dietitian and Certified Diabetes Educator. I’ve spent the last 10 years working one-on-one with individuals to help them successfully control their diabetes.

The Hemoglobin A1c test is one of the most important tests available to monitor blood sugar levels. This test is a 2-3 month average of your glucose levels, however, the four weeks leading up to taking the test carry 50% of the weight of the A1c average. Of course, you’ll see and feel improvements much sooner!
